We ship Oral Fluid (saliva) Drug Testing Devices & Test Forms to any location (s) you choose in the US.

You have the tests on hand for pre-employment and post incident testing

Fill out Testing Form and potential/current employee signs it

Swab the inside of the mouth and insert back into container

Wait 5 minutes for results

Photocopy the Test Form and Test Device

If the test panel displays "non negative", you take a new sample and ship it to the lab for confirmation. We will supply you with specimen bags, chain of custody forms & pre-paid shipping labels that go directly to the lab.
